Job Description

As a Facilities Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of our properties in Bristol. We seek someone with strong organisational skills and a proactive approach to ensure all facilities are running smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Lead property evaluation and improvement initiatives.
  • Monitor and report on facility performance metrics.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to support business operations.
  • Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities and expenses.
  • Review and negotiate contracts with service providers.
  • Develop contingency plans for facility issues.
  • Promote sustainability practices within facility operations.
  • Maintain relationships with tenants and address their needs effectively.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate Management or Engineering
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role or related field
