Job Description
As a Facilities Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of our properties in Bristol. We seek someone with strong organisational skills and a proactive approach to ensure all facilities are running smoothly and efficiently.
Responsibilities
Lead property evaluation and improvement initiatives.
Monitor and report on facility performance metrics.
Coordinate with internal teams to support business operations.
Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities and expenses.
Review and negotiate contracts with service providers.
Develop contingency plans for facility issues.
Promote sustainability practices within facility operations.
Maintain relationships with tenants and address their needs effectively.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Real Estate Management or Engineering
Experience
3+ years of experience in a similar role or related field
