Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Pharmacist to join our team in Salisbury. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing medication dispensing, providing consultation to patients, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong clinical background and a passion for patient care.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patient’s medication therapy and adjust prescriptions as necessary.
• Implement health and safety protocols in the pharmacy.
• Engage with patients to foster long-lasting healthcare relationships.
• Assist in the development of pharmacy policies and procedures.
• Ensure the accuracy of medication packaging and labeling.
• Deliver presentations or workshops on medication safety.
• Contribute to a positive pharmacy environment through teamwork.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy
• Postgraduate Certificate in Clinical Pharmacy is an advantage

Experience

• Experience in a community pharmacy preferred

Languages
