Job Description

As a Warehouse Team Leader, you'll play a key role in our Cambridge facility, overseeing the logistics and supply chain processes. Your leadership will help promote a culture of safety, efficiency, and teamwork, driving the success of our operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily warehouse operations, ensuring timely and accurate processing of orders.
• Implement best practices for inventory management and storage methods.
• Foster a culture of teamwork and safety within the warehouse.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to operational procedures.
• Communicate with other departments to streamline workflows and address any issues.
• Provide support in the training and onboarding of new team members.
• Assist with the development of operational goals and performance metrics.

Requirements

Education

• A-levels or equivalent
• Higher education in logistics or supply chain management preferred

Experience

• 3+ years in a supervisory role within logistics or warehousing

Technical Skills

• Transportation Logistics

• Problem-solving

Certifications

• NEBOSH General Certificate

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Six Sigma Certification: Understanding of Six Sigma methodologies for process improvement.
• Experience in Export/Import Logistics: Knowledge of customs regulations and international shipping processes.
