Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Team Lead to oversee our daily operations in Cambridge. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team, ensuring efficient workflow, and implementing best practices in logistics and inventory management.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage warehouse staff, scheduling shifts and workforce allocation.
• Ensure all team members adhere to health and safety regulations.
• Regularly review and improve warehouse processes for efficiency.
• Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement through feedback and performance reviews.
• Collaborate with other departments to align priorities and resources effectively.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field is advantageous

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a supervisory role within a warehouse environment

Technical Skills

• Warehouse Management Software
• Quality Control Procedures

Soft Skills

Certifications

• NEBOSH Certificate in Occupational Safety and Health
• Warehouse Management Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Forklift experience: Hands-on experience operating forklifts and other warehouse equipment.
• Multi-site management experience: Experience managing operations across multiple warehouse locations.
