Job Description

As a Warehouse Manager, you will play a critical role in our Sunderland operation, focusing on logistics efficiency, team leadership, and inventory control. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in warehouse management and a commitment to operational excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Direct warehouse operations, ensuring seamless logistics and inventory management.
  • Supervise and mentor warehouse teams, promoting a culture of safety and excellence.
  • Track inventory levels and manage stock control processes.
  • Develop training programs to enhance team performance.
  • Collaborate with other departments to align warehouse operations with business objectives.
  • Conduct regular audits of warehouse operations for compliance and performance.
  • Lead initiatives to enhance warehouse layout and workflow efficiency.
  • Manage relationships with vendors and service providers.
  • Facilitate regular team meetings to communicate goals and updates.
  • Ensure accurate data entry into warehouse management systems.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Relevant certifications in logistics or supply chain management are a plus

  • 5+ years of experience in warehouse management or logistics operations
