Job Description

As a Schedule Clerk, you will play a critical role in ensuring that client schedules are not only planned but executed with precision. You’ll collaborate with various stakeholders to adapt to changing demands while maintaining compliance with company policies.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and refine scheduling processes for better efficiency.
  • Act as the main point of contact for schedule-related concerns.
  • Assist in problem-solving when scheduling conflicts arise.
  • Provide updates on scheduling progress to team leads.
  • Work closely with vendors and partners to streamline scheduling.
  • Ensure all records are precise and up-to-date for audits.
  • Facilitate effective communication within the logistics team.
  • Implement best practices in scheduling to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor delivery schedules and adjust as necessary.
  • Follow up on missed deadlines or changes promptly.

Requirements

Education
  • Relevant qualifications in logistics or administration are an advantage
Experience
  • Experience in a logistics or planning role is preferred
