Innovative Architecture Ltd. is looking for an experienced Architect to enhance our team in Watford. Your focus will be on translating client needs into practical architectural designs, while also leading project teams to deliver results on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Create architectural designs that meet client requirements and local regulations.
• Engage with clients throughout the design process to ensure satisfaction.
• Oversee construction processes to maintain quality and adherence to planned designs.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor project progress and resolve any issues.
• Utilize architectural software to produce accurate drawings and models.
• Prepare detailed documentation for planning applications and approvals.
• Mentor junior architects and interns on best practices in architecture.
• Foster relationships with local planning authorities and stakeholders.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
• Master's degree is preferred

Experience

• Minimum of 5 years experience in architectural design

Technical Skills

• AutoCAD
• Revit
• SketchUp

Soft Skills

• Creative thinking

• Communication

Certifications

• Registered Architect (ARB)
• RICS accredited

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
