We are seeking a Mechanical Engineering Technologist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and implement effective process improvements.
Responsibilities
Analyze and evaluate existing mechanical systems to identify areas for enhancement.
Work with the development team to formulate new designs to meet customer needs.
Produce and present process improvement recommendations to senior management.
Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for resource requirements and procurement.
Implement Lean Six Sigma methodologies to streamline operations.
Conduct training workshops for staff on new technologies and methodologies.
Prepare reports and presentations to track progress on initiatives.
Requirements
Education
Degree in Industrial Engineering is preferred
Experience
Experience in the financial services or consulting industry is advantageous.
