Job Description

We are seeking a Mechanical Engineering Technologist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and implement effective process improvements.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze and evaluate existing mechanical systems to identify areas for enhancement.
  • Work with the development team to formulate new designs to meet customer needs.
  • Produce and present process improvement recommendations to senior management.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for resource requirements and procurement.
  • Implement Lean Six Sigma methodologies to streamline operations.
  • Conduct training workshops for staff on new technologies and methodologies.
  • Prepare reports and presentations to track progress on initiatives.

Requirements

Education
  • Degree in Industrial Engineering is preferred
Experience
  • Experience in the financial services or consulting industry is advantageous.
