Job Description

We are seeking a qualified Legal Counsel to join our London office. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive legal advice, draft and review contractual agreements, and ensure compliance with all legal obligations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct compliance audits and risk assessments.
• Assist in training staff on legal compliance and best practices.
• Manage relationships with outside counsel and law firms.
• Advocate for the legal interests of the company in various matters.
• Draft internal policies and ensure alignment with legal standards.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Law
• Master's degree in Law or related field is an advantage

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in a law firm or corporate legal department
