Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Concierge Supervisor to join our vibrant team in Bolton. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality management, ensuring that all guests receive an outstanding level of service. You will oversee daily operations, manage the concierge team, and provide support to guests in a busy hotel environment.

Responsibilities

  • Direct concierge services, managing staff and operations efficiently.
  • Ensure that all guest requests are met promptly and effectively.
  • Foster a culture of hospitality within the concierge team.
  • Oversee pre-arrival arrangements for guests, including surprises and special requests.
  • Assist the management in creating standard operating procedures for the concierge desk.
  • Compile reports on guest services and concierge performance.
  • Manage relationships with local businesses for exclusive guest offerings.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma is required
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is a plus
Experience
  • 2-3 years of supervisory experience in customer service, preferably in the hotel industry.
