Job Description

We are seeking a Chemical Engineer to join our dynamic team in York. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of chemical processes, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for innovation in chemical design. You will play a vital role in developing new products and improving existing ones.

Responsibilities

  • Research and identify new materials and processes.
  • Perform risk assessments and develop safety protocols.
  • Work closely with production teams to optimize existing processes.
  • Present findings and recommendations to management.
  • Mentor junior engineers and provide training on technical procedures.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
  • Master's degree in Chemical Engineering preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of relevant engineering experience
