Dye Lab Technician

Job Description

As a Dye Lab Technician, you will be responsible for performing various dyeing and coloring tasks in our laboratory. Collaborating closely with the production team, you will ensure the quality and consistency of dyed products, driving improvements in process efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Conduct tests for color accuracy and consistency throughout production.
• Calibrate dyeing machines and troubleshoot equipment failures.
• Document findings and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as R&D, for product development.
• Communicate effectively with team members to resolve issues promptly.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Relevant vocational or technical certification in dyeing, textiles, or a related field

Experience

• Preferred experience working with natural and synthetic fibers.

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of Dyeing Techniques
• Familiarity with Environmental Regulations
