As an IT Support Technician in Glasgow, you will be the first line of defence in our technical support team. Your responsibilities will include resolving incidents, setting up new systems, and providing training to staff on our IT systems. Responsibilities

• Monitor and respond to service requests and incidents.
• Support mobile devices and remote access configurations.
• Assist in the development and execution of IT training sessions.
• Prepare performance reports based on user issues.
• Participate in IT projects as assigned.
• Perform vulnerability assessments to enhance IT security.
• Engage with users to ascertain their IT needs.
• Provide insights for service improvements.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure effective operation of IT systems.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies relevant to the role.

Requirements

Education

• HND in Information Technology or Computer Science
• ITIL Foundation Certification is a plus

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in a technical support role

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
