Job Description

Join our team as an Operations Coordinator, where you will coordinate the activities of the operations team and assist in implementing operational strategies. Your efforts will contribute significantly to maximizing productivity and maintaining high service standards.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and monitoring of key performance indicators.
  • Work closely with management to identify areas for operational improvement.
  • Conduct regular reviews of operational processes and recommend changes where necessary.
  • Manage project timelines and ensure deliverables are met.
  • Support the operations manager in strategic planning and execution.
  • Engage in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality.
  • Provide support in compliance with industry regulations and standards.
  • Collect and analyse operational data to inform decision-making.
  • Coordinate internal communication to ensure teams are aligned with operational goals.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Master's degree is a plus

  • 3-5 years of experience in operations or administrative roles
