Textile Coating Machine Operator

Job Description

As a Textile Coating Machine Operator, you'll play a crucial role in our production process. Your primary responsibility will be to operate and maintain the textile coating machines. You'll ensure the production of high-quality coated textiles while adhering to safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire coating process from start to finish.
• Ensure all safety and operational protocols are followed strictly.
• Support in the selection and preparation of coating materials.
• Assist in the development of new product formulations.
• Conduct training sessions for incoming operators on machine operations.
• Work with engineering teams to implement new technologies and processes.
• Engage in routine assessments of machine performance and suggest upgrades.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Certification in Textile Manufacturing is a plus

Experience

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role is preferred

Technical Skills

• Understanding of textile coating processes

Soft Skills

• Analytical thinking

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Prior experience in a fast-paced production environment: Working experience in environments requiring quick turnaround and adaptability.
• Familiarity with quality control procedures: Experience in implementing quality control checks during production.
