Job Description

We are seeking a Clinical Research Associate (CRA) to join our dedicated team in London. This role will involve managing and monitoring clinical trials, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and maintaining high-quality data collection standards. The successful candidate will play a vital role in advancing medical research and patient care.

Responsibilities

  • Perform site selection, initiation, monitoring, and closeout activities.
  • Ensure all trial-related activities are documented and reported accurately.
  • Identify and resolve issues that may impact trial timelines or data integrity.
  • Assist in the training of new staff and site personnel on clinical trial processes.
  • Participate in the development of study protocols and SOPs.
  • Promote a strong understanding of clinical research among site staff.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant life science field
  • Master's degree or higher is a plus
Experience
  • 2+ years of direct experience in clinical trials or research coordination
