Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Software Tester to join our Quality Assurance team in Leeds. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products through thorough testing and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive test strategies and methodologies.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Perform end-to-end testing for various software applications.
• Engage in exploratory testing to identify unforeseen issues.
• Ensure compliance with QA standards and best practices.
• Mentor junior testers in testing methodologies and practices.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in software testing roles

Technical Skills

• Test Automation Frameworks
• API Testing

Soft Skills

• Team Player
• Critical Thinking

Certifications

• Certified Software Tester (CST)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with Agile methodologies: Familiar with Agile practices and capable of participating in Scrum ceremonies.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines: Understanding of Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment processes.
