Setter Helper

Job Description

We are on the lookout for a Setter Helper to join our production team. The successful candidate will be integral in assisting with the setup and operation of production machinery to maximise efficiency and ensure the highest quality of output. You should be physically fit and detail-oriented, comfortable in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Aid in loading materials into production machinery and preparing it for operation.
• Track and report any discrepancies in production quality.
• Support the execution of routine maintenance procedures.
• Work collaboratively with the quality control team to enhance product reliability.
• Keep the production area tidy and organised for optimal efficiency.
• Assist in the adjustment of machine settings based on production requirements.
• Monitor the workflow and take corrective actions when necessary.
• Participate in regular training and skill development sessions.

Requirements

Education

• Relevant vocational training is an advantage

Experience

• Experience in a quality control role is beneficial

• Previous experience in a supervisory role: Leadership experience in coordinating team activities.
