Job Description

We are seeking an Allied Health Professional to join our dedicated team in Leeds. In this role, you will leverage your expertise to provide high-quality care and support to patients, working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to enhance patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate the health status of patients through assessments.
  • Design and implement individualised patient care plans.
  • Deliver therapeutic interventions and monitor their effectiveness.
  • Keep thorough and timely records of patient care.
  • Evaluate treatment results and modify plans when necessary.
  • Educate patients on health and wellness practices.
  • Coordinate with other health professionals to ensure integrated care.
  • Engage in professional development and stay updated with best practices.

Requirements

Education
  • Degree in Physiotherapy or Occupational Therapy
  • Specialisation in a relevant therapy area is preferred

  • 3+ years in a similar role
