Job Description

We're seeking a motivated Account Manager with a proven track record in sales to join our vibrant team in Cardiff. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing client accounts, boosting sales, and cultivating relationships to drive business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Develop account strategies for client retention and growth.
  • Coordinate with the customer service department to resolve client issues.
  • Solicit feedback from clients to enhance service delivery.
  • Prepare presentations and proposals for potential clients.
  • Utilize CRM tools to maintain and manage client data.
  • Engage in continuous learning about new product developments.
  • Assist in the development of promotional initiatives to boost sales.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing or related field
  • Professional sales certification is a plus
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in account management or sales, ideally within a tech environment
