Job Description

As a Health Policy Analyst, you will be at the forefront of healthcare reform, providing vital analyses and recommendations for policy development. Your insights will play a pivotal role in enhancing healthcare services by assessing current policies and proposing sustainable solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Analyse healthcare data using relevant statistical tools to inform policy decisions.
  • Write policy briefs that synthesise research findings for a variety of audiences.
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings to discuss policy issues with cross-functional teams.
  • Advocate for policy changes that improve healthcare access and equity.
  • Prepare briefs for government officials and health departments on policy implications.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences, Public Policy, or a relevant discipline
  • Master's degree in relevant field is a plus
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in a health-related research or policy role
Technical Skills
  • Statistical Software (e.g., SPSS, R)
