Job Description

As an Alum Plant Operator, your primary responsibility will be operating and maintaining the alum manufacturing process. You will ensure efficient production while adhering to all safety protocols in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will possess technical skills and a keen attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Control and oversee all aspects of the alum production process.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety legislation.
  • Carry out regular quality checks to maintain product standards.
  • Work closely with the quality control team to address issues promptly.
  • Document all operational procedures and changes for audit purposes.
  • Assist with the implementation of new processes and technologies.
  • Provide support during safety drills and training sessions.

Requirements

Education
  • Technical diploma or equivalent in a related field
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in chemical or process manufacturing.
