Job Description

We are currently seeking a reliable and professional Legal Document Messenger to join our team in Edinburgh. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the timely delivery and collection of legal documents across the city and surrounding areas. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that our legal processes run smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Transport legal documents promptly, adhering to all deadlines.
  • Maintain a detailed log of all deliveries and collections.
  • Report any issues or delays to the Operations Manager immediately.
  • Ensure all documentation is handled securely and confidentially.
  • Assist legal staff with administrative tasks when needed.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal departments.
  • Stay updated on changes in delivery locations and office procedures.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus
Experience
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role preferred.
