Job Description

We are in search of a meticulous Water Purification Systems Service Technician to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing water purification systems across various locations. You'll work closely with clients to ensure their systems operate efficiently and reliably.

Responsibilities

• Perform installation and maintenance of advanced water treatment systems.
• Identify and troubleshoot potential issues within the purification systems.
• Maintain effective communication with clients regarding system status and recommendations.
• Assist in training clients on proper usage of their water purification systems.
• Keep accurate logs of service history and client interactions.
• Collaborate with the service team to optimize processes and improve efficiency.
• Participate in ongoing training to enhance technical skills and knowledge.
• Adhere to company protocols and standards in all service operations.

Requirements

Education

• Vocational training in plumbing or electrical work is advantageous

Experience

• Experience with large-scale water treatment systems is preferred.
