Training and Development Specialists

Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Training and Development Specialist to enhance our workforce through effective training sessions and materials. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with various departments to assess training needs and deliver tailored training solutions.

Responsibilities

• Assess training needs through surveys and interviews with staff.
• Utilise various training methods, including e-learning, workshops, and one-on-one sessions.
• Monitor and report on employee progress post-training.
• Engage with external training providers when necessary to deliver specialised training.
• Adapt training content based on the latest industry practices and guidelines.
• Encourage an environment of continuous improvement and learning within the workforce.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or significant industry experience
• CIPD or other relevant training qualification preferred

Experience

• At least 3-5 years in training and development roles within the manufacturing sector

Technical Skills

• Learning Management Systems (LMS)
• Project Management

Certifications

• Learning and Development Certification (CIPD)
• Health and Safety Training Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
