Responsibilities

• Fabricate shanks as per technical drawings, adhering to quality specifications.
• Perform regular maintenance on machinery to ensure operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the manufacturing site.
• Work collaboratively with quality assurance teams to uphold product integrity.
• Conduct routine inspections of tools and machinery for safety compliance.
• Engage in continuous improvement discussions to enhance manufacturing processes.
• Maintain accurate records of production data and equipment usage.
• Participate in safety audits and follow up on identified improvements.
• Help in maintaining an effective and clean production environment.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certifications in metalworking or fabrication preferred

Experience

• 2+ years of metalworking experience
