Job Description

As a Conference Manager at Event Planners UK, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of conferences and events. This includes planning, coordinating, and overseeing all aspects from conception to execution. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in event management and excellent organisational skills.

Responsibilities

  • Create detailed project plans and timelines for events.
  • Manage event marketing and communications strategies.
  • Logistical oversight from venue selection to on-day management.
  • Track event performance metrics and prepare reports.
  • Work collaboratively with internal and external teams to enhance event delivery.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or Business Management
  • Master's degree is a plus

  • 5+ years of experience in managing corporate events
