We are seeking dedicated Stockers and Order Fillers to manage our inventory efficiently. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that stock levels are accurate and organized, vital for maintaining our operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular stock audits and record findings accurately.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist in restocking items as needed.
• Utilize advanced inventory management systems for tracking.
• Ensure that storage areas are clean and organized for efficiency.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance operational workflows.
• Report inventory levels and discrepancies to the Stock Manager.
• Train new staff in inventory management processes and software.
• Help with the shipment processes and loading/unloading of stock.
• Take part in safety drills and compliance checks.
• Utilize problem-solving skills to improve inventory processes.

Requirements

Education

• Relevant certifications are a plus

Experience

• Experience in a similar role within the retail/food service/warehouse industry.

Languages
