Job Description
We are seeking dedicated Stockers and Order Fillers to manage our inventory efficiently. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that stock levels are accurate and organized, vital for maintaining our operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
Perform regular stock audits and record findings accurately.
Monitor inventory levels and assist in restocking items as needed.
Utilize advanced inventory management systems for tracking.
Ensure that storage areas are clean and organized for efficiency.
Collaborate with team members to enhance operational workflows.
Report inventory levels and discrepancies to the Stock Manager.
Train new staff in inventory management processes and software.
Help with the shipment processes and loading/unloading of stock.
Take part in safety drills and compliance checks.
Utilize problem-solving skills to improve inventory processes.
Requirements
Education
Relevant certifications are a plus
Experience
Experience in a similar role within the retail/food service/warehouse industry.
