Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Consumer Behavior Analyst to join our team in Norwich. In this role, you will be responsible for collecting and analysing consumer data to identify trends and insights that drive strategic decisions. The ideal candidate will have experience in market research methodologies and a strong analytical background.

Responsibilities

  • Lead research initiatives to capture consumer opinions and feedback.
  • Utilise software tools and analytics platforms to analyse consumer data.
  • Create and distribute surveys to gather consumer insights.
  • Summarise and communicate findings to senior management.
  • Assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns based on consumer response.
  • Collaborate in developing new product ideas based on consumer feedback.
  • Ensure compliance with ethical guidelines in all research activities.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Behavioural Sciences, Market Research or related field
  • Master's degree in a relevant field is advantageous
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in research analysis or consumer insights
