We are on the lookout for a skilled Automotive Technician to join our growing team in Dumfries. The successful candidate will work on diagnosing and repairing a variety of vehicles, ensuring top-notch service and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicle systems including engines and transmissions.
Perform quality checks on all repairs prior to customer handover.
Manage parts inventory and order replacements as needed.
Document all repairs and maintenance activities accurately.
Work closely with customer service to ensure satisfactory operations.
Adhere to company policies on safety and customer confidentiality.
Requirements
Education
City & Guilds Certificate in Automotive Engineering
Higher education in automotive related field is preferred
Experience
Minimum 3 years of practical experience in automotive repair
