Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Template Checker to ensure the accuracy and compliance of templates used by our organization. As a Template Checker, you will be responsible for verifying templates against predefined guidelines to maintain consistency and quality across all our documentation.

Responsibilities

• Validate template content for adherence to company standards.
• Support the design team in understanding compliance requirements.
• Perform quality checks and audits on existing templates at regular intervals.
• Document any changes made to templates for future reference.
• Provide training sessions for staff on template use and best practices.
• Coordinate with project managers to understand template needs for upcoming projects.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of templates in real-world applications and suggest changes.

Requirements

Education

• Relevant certifications in design or quality assurance are advantageous.

Experience

• Experience with design software and template management systems is preferred.
