Computer Numerically Controlled Tool Operator

Job Description

We are on the lookout for a skilled Computer Numerically Controlled Tool Operator to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will set up and operate CNC machines to perform tasks including drilling, milling, and cutting. Attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols are paramount.

Responsibilities

• Identify and resolve production issues promptly to minimize downtime.
• Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards at all times.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding processes and outcomes.
• Modify machine settings based on product specifications to achieve desired results.
• Train new employees on machine operation and safety practices.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Additional technical certifications in machining are a plus

Experience

• 2-3 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
