Responsibilities

• Lead projects from conception through to execution, ensuring objectives are met.
• Conduct site assessments and prepare mine plans.
• Ensure all mining activities comply with legal and environmental requirements.
• Develop safety programs and ensure staff compliance.
• Monitor production data and report on performance against targets.
• Engage with stakeholders, including community representatives and environmental groups.
• Promote sustainable mining practices across all operations.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering or Geology
• Master's degree in relevant field is an advantage

Experience

• 5+ years of relevant experience in mining operations

Technical Skills

• Mining Software
• Resource Estimation

Soft Skills

• Problem-solving
• Interpersonal Skills

Certifications

• Professional Engineer (PE) license
• First Aid Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
