Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Teaching Assistant to support teachers in delivering high-quality education to our students in Leeds. The ideal candidate will assist in classroom activities, help with lesson preparation, and provide individual support to students to enhance their learning experience. Responsibilities

• Provide classroom assistance to promote effective learning.
• Support the educational and social development of students.
• Help implement behaviour management strategies.
• Encourage student participation in classroom discussions.
• Assist with integration processes for new students.
• Participate in the evaluation of student progress and development.
• Assist with preparation for school events and activities.
• Engage with parents and caregivers to support student learning.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Teaching and Learning Support
• Relevant qualification or experience in childcare is a plus

Experience

• Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant preferred

Languages

• English: Fluent
