Responsibilities

• Carrying out regular inspections and repairs of highway infrastructure.
• Utilising appropriate tools and equipment for maintenance tasks.

• Engaging in teamwork and communication to ensure project completion.
• Participating in emergency response efforts when necessary.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Previous experience in road maintenance or a similar field is preferred

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of road maintenance techniques
• Vehicle operation skills

Soft Skills

• Attention to detail
• Teamwork

Certifications

• Driving License with HGV or CPC qualification
• Experience with safety protocols related to roadwork

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with asphalt and road surfacing: Hands-on experience with materials used for road surfacing and repairs.
• First Aid certification: Possessing First Aid certification is a plus.
