We are seeking a proactive Warehouse Operations Supervisor to lead our logistics team in Cambridge. This role involves managing daily warehouse operations, ensuring the timely and efficient handling of goods while adhering to safety standards and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily operations and staff management within the warehouse.
• Maintain high standards of safety and cleanliness across the facility.
• Enhance warehouse processes through innovative solutions.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance.
• Lead problem-solving initiatives to resolve logistical challenges.
• Assist in the planning and execution of inventory counts.
• Provide ongoing feedback and performance evaluations for staff.
• Support the production team by coordinating material supply.
• Work closely with other departments to align operational goals.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or relevant field
• Certification in Logistics and Supply Chain Management is an advantage

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a warehouse supervisory role
