Responsibilities

• Operate and oversee end-touching machines to achieve production goals.

• Work closely with quality control to ensure compliance with standards.
• Provide training and support to junior team members.
• Implement improvements in production processes when possible.
• Participate in safety meetings and follow workplace safety guidelines.
• Assist in troubleshooting mechanical issues as they arise.

Requirements

Education

• Technical certification in relevant field is advantageous.

Experience

• Experience with end-touching machines is preferred.
