Job Description
Exciting opportunity for a Solicitor to work in our esteemed Belfast firm. You will play a key role in advising clients on complex legal matters, developing innovative solutions, and representing them in negotiations and court proceedings.
Responsibilities
Provide legal advice on corporate and commercial matters.
Draft and review contracts for clients across diverse industries.
Represent clients in negotiations and legal proceedings.
Conduct legal research to stay updated on relevant laws and regulations.
Prepare and present compelling legal arguments in court.
Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication.
Advise clients on risk management strategies.
Requirements
Education
Degree in Law (LLB)
Legal Practice Course (LPC)
Experience
Minimum of 2 years post-qualification experience in a law firm environment.
