Job Description

Exciting opportunity for a Solicitor to work in our esteemed Belfast firm. You will play a key role in advising clients on complex legal matters, developing innovative solutions, and representing them in negotiations and court proceedings.

Responsibilities

  • Provide legal advice on corporate and commercial matters.
  • Draft and review contracts for clients across diverse industries.
  • Represent clients in negotiations and legal proceedings.
  • Conduct legal research to stay updated on relevant laws and regulations.
  • Prepare and present compelling legal arguments in court.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication.
  • Advise clients on risk management strategies.

Requirements

Education
  • Degree in Law (LLB)
  • Legal Practice Course (LPC)
Experience
  • Minimum of 2 years post-qualification experience in a law firm environment.
