Legal Advisor

Job Description

We are in search of a dedicated Legal Advisor to join our Cardiff team. The ideal candidate will possess comprehensive knowledge of legal principles and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. This role requires strong analytical skills and the ability to provide strategic legal advice to our clients. You will be responsible for reviewing contracts, advising on compliance issues, and liaising with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on corporate governance and compliance issues.
• Draft and negotiate settlement agreements.
• Conduct legal training sessions for staff.
• Review and update internal policies and procedures.
• Provide ongoing legal support during business operations.
• Participate in strategic planning and execution.
• Research case law and legal precedents.
• Assist in litigation as required.
• Monitor and report on compliance breaches.
• Develop strong relationships with clients.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Law or related field
• Master's degree in Corporate Law is advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in legal counsel
