Responsibilities

• Engage in the full product lifecycle from conception to production.
• Leverage CAD software for detailed component design.
• Evaluate prototypes and provide feedback for improvements.
• Monitor project progress and deliver results on time.
• Prepare and present technical proposals to management and stakeholders.
• Update project plans to reflect changes and new developments.
• Maintain a focus on sustainability throughout the engineering process.
• Assist in product troubleshooting and customer support.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering or relevant field

Experience

• 5+ years of experience within a manufacturing environment

Technical Skills

• Finite Element Analysis (FEA)

Soft Skills

• Leadership

Certifications

• Professional Engineer (PE)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Familiarity with Robotics: Experience with robotic systems and their applications in manufacturing.
• Strong Understanding of ISO Standards: Knowledge of ISO 9001 and other relevant standards for quality management.
