Job Description

We are searching for an IT Support Technician to join our team in Exeter. The ideal candidate will provide technical support, resolve hardware and software issues, and ensure the smooth operation of our IT systems. You will be instrumental in maintaining user satisfaction while troubleshooting both on-site and remotely.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a primary contact for user IT queries and requests.
  • Troubleshoot system errors and network connectivity issues.
  • Support the implementation of security protocols.
  • Conduct IT inventory management.
  • Work with the IT Manager on project implementation.
  • Investigate and document user feedback for system enhancements.
  • Assist in the management of IT hardware assets.

Requirements

Education
  • Associate degree in Information Technology or related field
  • Relevant professional certifications are a plus
Experience
  • 1+ years of experience in an IT support role
