We are seeking an enthusiastic Academic Program Coordinator to join our team in Whitefield. This role involves overseeing the development and implementation of academic programs, ensuring they meet the needs of students and comply with educational standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership in the development of innovative educational programs.
• Facilitate communication between departments to ensure cohesive implementation.
• Conduct training for faculty and staff on educational best practices.
• Analyze enrollment data to assess program demand and viability.
• Work closely with marketing to promote academic programs.
• Foster relationships with external partners for program development.
• Prepare annual reports on program activities and outcomes.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant discipline
• Master's degree in Educational Leadership preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in higher education administration
