Job Description

We are seeking enthusiastic Farmworkers to assist in the cultivation of crops and maintenance of our nursery and greenhouse operations. The ideal candidates should have a passion for agriculture and possess hands-on experience in farming techniques.

Responsibilities

• Plant, cultivate, and harvest crops as per schedules.
• Manage the upkeep of greenhouse plants.
• Ensure the safe operation of tractors and other machinery.
• Monitor crop health and identify problems early.
• Keep meticulous records of farm activities.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards.
• Oversee the training and supervision of junior farm staff.
• Help with the maintenance and repair of tools and machinery.
• Assist in logistics for produce distribution.
• Engage in community outreach for the promotion of agricultural practices.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Degree in Horticulture or related field is preferred

Experience

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in farming or related roles

Technical Skills

• Greenhouse Management

Certifications

• Pesticide Applicator Certification
• First Aid Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
