We are seeking a meticulous Wire Winding Machine Tender to operate and maintain our state-of-the-art wire winding machines. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing processes and a passion for quality. You'll be integral in ensuring that our machines run smoothly and efficiently to meet production targets.

Responsibilities

• Manage machine setup for different production runs and specifications.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes.
• Engage in problem-solving to address production challenges promptly.
• Conduct routine maintenance checks to reduce machine failure risks.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards throughout the manufacturing process.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Technical or vocational training in a manufacturing discipline is highly regarded

Experience

• Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of CNC machines
• Experience with quality control processes
• Understanding of manufacturing processes
