Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Autoclave Operator to join our team. The Autoclave Operator will be responsible for operating and maintaining autoclave machines to ensure efficient and safe sterilization of equipment and materials.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate and monitor the performance of autoclave equipment.
• Ensure loading and unloading procedures are followed correctly.
• Adhere strictly to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Perform regular maintenance to ensure efficient machine operations.
• Keep detailed logs of sterilisations and issues encountered.
• Conduct quality checks on sterilized items.
• Engage with team members to improve workflow and efficiency.
• Train junior staff and contribute to a supportive team environment.

Requirements

Education

• Relevant certifications in sterilization or a related field is a plus

Experience

• Experience in the medical devices or pharmaceutical industry

Technical Skills

• Autoclave Operation
• Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)

Soft Skills

• Analytical Skills
• Initiative

Certifications

• Forklift license

Languages

• English: Fluent
