We are looking for a skilled Machine Operator to join our team in Birmingham. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining machinery to ensure optimal performance and efficiency on our production line.

• Operate CNC machines and other manufacturing equipment.
• Ensure that production runs smoothly while adhering to all safety protocols.
• Keep records of machine settings and adjustments for future reference.
• Engage in continuous improvement processes to enhance production efficiency.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Technical diploma in Manufacturing or Engineering is a plus
• CNC Machine Operation Expertise in operating CNC machinery and programming.
• Quality Control Proficient in conducting quality checks and adhering to specifications.
• Basic Mechanical Skills Understanding of mechanical systems for troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Attention to Detail Strong focus on accuracy and detail in the production process.
• Teamwork Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues in a fast-paced environment.
• English (Fluent)

• Certifications in Health and Safety: Additional certifications in workplace safety can enhance your application.
• Familiarity with ISO Standards: Understanding ISO certifications related to manufacturing will be beneficial.
