Machine Operator

Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Machine Operator to join our team in Birmingham. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining machinery to ensure optimal performance and efficiency on our production line.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC machines and other manufacturing equipment.
• Ensure that production runs smoothly while adhering to all safety protocols.
• Keep records of machine settings and adjustments for future reference.
• Engage in continuous improvement processes to enhance production efficiency.

Requirements

Education

• Further education or vocational training in Manufacturing or Engineering is highly preferable.

Experience

• At least 2 years of relevant experience as a Machine Operator.

Technical Skills

• Hydraulic System Knowledge
• Basic Electrical Skills

• Problem Solving
• Time Management

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Certifications in Health and Safety: Additional certifications in workplace safety can enhance your application.
