Quality Assurance Analyst

Job Description

We are on the lookout for a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for validating our software products and ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality before release.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough manual and automated testing of applications.
• Document and communicate test results and issues found.
• Work closely with developers to troubleshoot and resolve quality issues.
• Utilise testing tools for performance and security testing.
• Assist in the development and improvement of QA processes and standards.
• Facilitate user acceptance testing sessions with stakeholders.
• Stay updated with the latest testing methodologies and tools.
• Support the QA Manager in preparing quality metrics and reports.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in software testing and QA methodologies

Technical Skills

• Performance Testing
• API Testing

Soft Skills

• Analytical Thinking
• Effective Communication

Certifications

• Google Professional Cloud Architect
• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Familiarity with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment: Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins and Travis CI.
• Knowledge of Selenium or similar tools: Hands-on experience with Selenium for automated testing.
