Responsibilities

• Lead operational planning for agricultural production.

• Engage in collaborative planning with stakeholders.
• Implement training programs for staff on new techniques and technologies.
• Participate in budgeting and cost control processes.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Science or related field
• Master's degree in Agricultural Management is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in crop management or farm operations
