Job Description
As an Agronomy Technician, you will work closely with farmers and agronomists to implement their advanced crop management strategies. This role involves field testing, data collection, and analysis to ensure optimal crop performance.
Responsibilities
Perform field assessments to evaluate crop performance.
Collect and analyse crop data to identify growth patterns.
Support crop rotation planning and sustainability initiatives.
Assist in the evaluation of new agricultural products and technologies.
Coordinate with suppliers for agricultural inputs.
Develop educational materials for farmer training.
Engage with local farming communities to gather feedback and insights.
Requirements
Education
Master's degree in Agronomy or related field is preferred
Experience
3+ years of experience in agronomy or agricultural advisory roles
