Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Construction Manager to supervise daily operations and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. You will lead a team of professionals and collaborate with various stakeholders to maintain the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities

  • Lead project meetings and coordinate with all parties involved.
  • Develop project budgets and forecasts, ensuring financial accountability.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Facilitate communication between stakeholders for project updates.
  • Implement workflow improvements and efficiencies.
  • Negotiate contracts with subcontractors and suppliers.
  • Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management preferred
Experience
  • At least 5 years in construction management with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
